Shipping & Returns
1. Return/Refund Application
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refund and Return Policy and these Terms of Service, Buyer may request for the return of purchased items ("Items") and/or refunds prior to the expiry of the Shafa Collections Guarantee as set out in the Terms of Service.
1.2 The Shafa Collections Guarantee is a service provided, at the request of the User, to assist the User in dealing with certain conflicts that may arise during the transaction. Users can communicate with each other personally to resolve their differences or approach their relevant local authorities to help them resolve any disputes before, during or after using the guarantee from the shafa collections.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
. Application for Return of Item
2.1 The buyer may only apply for a refund or return of the item in the following circumstances:
• The item has not been received by the buyer;
• The item was damaged and/or damaged during delivery;
• The seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. incorrect size, color, etc.) to the buyer;
• The received item is a fake item
• The item received has physical damage (e.g. damaged)
• Through a personal agreement with the Seller and the Seller must send his confirmation to the Shafa Collections confirming the agreement, or
• Change of mind
Return policy changes apply only to certain categories and are limited to specific sellers only.
3. Liability of Repatriation Fees
(a) In the scenario of an unexpected error from the end of the seller (i.e. - damaged, damaged or wrongly delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear the buyer's return shipping fee.
(b) In the buyer's change of mind scenario, the buyer must obtain the seller's consent prior to the demand return and the buyer will bear the cost of the return shipping.
(c) In a scenario where both sellers dispute the party responsible for the repatriation fee, Shafa Collections in its sole discretion will determine the party responsible for the repatriation costs.
